This is a 2-day course: Saturday, September 23 and 30.
Is your school moving into standards-based or standards-referenced learning, and you are looking for examples from a music classroom (rather than math or language arts)? Here is an opportunity to discuss the research and practical implementation with an experienced music educator. Each day there will be collaborative work time so you will take away tools and assessments to use in your classroom.
The registration fee includes materials and morning/afternoon snacks.
One license renewal credit will be available for successful completion of this 2-day course. All work required for credit will be completed during the course. Credit registration information WILL BE AVAILABLE THE FIRST DAY OF THE COURSE. The additional cost for one license renewal credit is $35.00 and payable to Heartland AEA 11.
